WASHINGTON – Returning home this morning after storming out on America angrily on Monday, President Obama brought America a bouquet of roses and apologized to America, asking for them to find some way to forgive him.
“America, my behavior earlier this week was immature, and leaving like I did without even a phone call to let you know that I was ok was wrong as well. I was stressed out, but it’s not an excuse. I should have acted more mature than I did.”
The President then sat next to America on the couch and grabbed its hand.
“I’m sorry for what I did, you are the last country I want to hurt. You deserve better than the way I’ve been acting this week, and all I can do is let you know that I love you, and if you give me a second chance that I know I don’t deserve, I will spend the rest of my Presidency making it up to you.”
America accepted Obama’s heartfelt apology and forgave him. America then unpacked its bags as it won’t need to go home to its mother’s place in England.
