Thompson Falls MT – While vacationing in the Montana wilderness, oblivious camper Matt Collins has begun absentmindedly playing with a playful cub, unaware that sheer terror and fear are just minutes away in his life.
Collins has been camping out in the Montana wilderness since Friday as part of a weeklong vacation to unwind from the stresses of his job as a mortgage adjuster in Chicago. In that time Collins has been marveling at the beautiful scenery and majestic countryside as his blood pressure has decreased to a healthy level, at least for the next few minutes.
While enjoying a hike today, Collins has come across a small cub frolicking in the woods. Collins stopped and took several pictures of the peaceful cub playing with shrubs and attempting to catch fish in the river, reminding Collins of the more important things in life, such as youthful energy and loving those close to you, thought the man who will soon be facing the worst moment of his life due to an angry maternal beast.
Wanting to get a closer picture, Collins, a man with no idea on how to survive a bear attack from an angry mother who thinks her cub is being threatened, has now come within inches of the cub to marvel at the last few moments of serene beauty in the air.
Collins has now begun petting the cub while staring out at the river, completely ignoring the snapping leaves and branches behind him.
